Day 01: Goa Arrival

On your arrival at the Dabolim Airport in Goa, we will pick up and transfer you to the hotel Heritage Village Club Goa, check in at the hotel and stay overnight at the hotel. Enjoy the picturesque view of beaches near the resort.

Day 02: North Goa Sightseeing

Have the delicious breakfast and be ready for north Goa sightseeing. You will proceed for the full day sightseeing that covers all major tourist spots including Candolim, Vagator, Calangute, Anjuna, Chopara Fort (optional). After a pleasant sightseeing, you will be transferred to the hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 03: South Goa Sightseeing

Your third day of vacation will start with a breeze morning and tasty breakfast. And then, you will proceed to the full day south Goa sightseeing. You will visit popular tourist places including 5 Old Goa churches, Malsa Temple, Mangeshi Temple, Miramar beach, Dona Paula. An optional visit is also available for our customers that include Spice Plantation and elephants.

Day 04: Other Popular Goa Destinations

Wake up in the morning, have the delicious breakfast and be ready to visit some other popular Goa destinations. You would proceed to visit Mapusa Market, Fort Aguada and Panjim shopping trip, on your fourth day of tour. Then you will enjoy the one hour on Mandovi river cruise.Later, proceed to spend your evening at Casino Boat (unlimited food and Drink). after then Our representative would transfer you to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 05: Transfer to the Airport

Have your breakfast and proceed to the Airport for your onwards journey.

• Any change in quotation will be communicated to you and only after your confirmation, we will proceed further.
• Surcharges may be applicable over and above the tour price for the quoted period. At the time of booking or prior to confirmation, the same will be advised. Once you confirm the reservation, we will need advance payment for the reservation of your tour package and rest payment within 30 days prior to the departure of the tour.
• All activities, sightseeing, and other optional tour/ services/rides, if left unutilized or partially utilized by choice or due to other uncontrollable situations /weather / time constraint, any other circumstances are not subject to any refund.
• Your Australian departure tax is included in the cost of your ticket.
• Return economy class airfare from ex Melbourne, Australia to Goa, India including prepaid taxes.
• Prices or rates quoted to you in the itinerary are calculated at the prevailing prices and are subject to change without any prior notice in the case of the currency fluctuation increase in the cost of fuel charges, sudden change in any related hotel tariff, air/ rail/ bus/ entry ticket cost increase or transport cost increase due to change of route, change in any related government tax structure, alteration of itinerary program or change in the number of the tour members necessitated by factors beyond our control before the date of departure or even during the tour. Whatever applicable all such increases must be paid in full before departure.
• We will require 10% and balance payment prior 45 days, before departure of the tour.

• Children below 5 years are complimentary in parents’ room without extra bed.
• Milk/Food for infant or Children below 5 years chargeable on direct payment at hotel

• First Class: 40 kg free baggage allowance per person.
• Business Class: 30 kg free baggage allowance per person.
• Economy Class: 20 kg free baggage allowance per person.

• For whatever reasons, if you want to cancel the booking, make sure to intimate us in writing. We are constrained to levy the following cancellation charges as per the company policy.

• 30 days or more prior to the departure of the holiday/ tour, taken non-refundable advance will be charged.
• Tickets bought on promotion may be 100 % non changeable and non refundable. The validity of the ticket will be restrictive.
• 30 to 15 days prior to the departure of the holiday/ tour, 50% of the package cost.
• 14 to 07 days prior to the departure of the holiday/ tour 75% of the package cost.
• 07 to 01 days prior to the departure of the holiday/ tour 100% of the package cost.
• In case of no information 100% of the package cost.

• We recommend you to confirm your flight with the local airline office at least 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to reconfirm may result in the cancellation of some reservations. For Special request (hotel confirmation, meal and seat preference, special assistance, wheel chair request) are subject to airline confirmation and need to reconfirm from agency at least 72 hours prior to the departure.

• We strongly recommend Travel Insurance. The premium is calculated on the number of days you will be away, however it is important that the policy be taken out when the booking is made, to cover any cancellation penalties that may apply from that time. If the insurance is not with us, a charge of $50 will be applicable for any paperwork requested.
